What currency are your prices listed in?
All prices on our website are in USD.
When will my order ship?
We process orders as quickly as possible! Please allow 4–7 days for production, then average shipping times are 15–21 days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number 3–5 days after your order has shipped.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Didn’t get it within 7 business days? Contact us at support@topfitnessequipements.com and we’ll help you out.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Absolutely! We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for items that arrive defective or damaged. You have 30 days to return it for a full refund.
Note: Shipping costs for returns are at your expense. Once we receive your item, we’ll issue your refund immediately.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — you can cancel your order for free as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. If your order has already shipped, please use our easy return process once you receive it.
I entered the wrong shipping address — what do I do?
If you made a mistake, don’t worry! Reply to your order confirmation email or email us at support@topfitnessequipements.com within 24 hours and we’ll fix it for you. After 24 hours, unfortunately we can’t change the address.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location, but on average it takes 15–25 business days. We ship from trusted fulfillment centers worldwide to reach you as fast as possible.
